Which one do I use?
PDF can be opened and edited by everyone.
Ai can only be opened on Adobe Illustrator, but is the recommended format to use if are able to use Illustrator as this is the program we use in house.
EPS can be opened in any illustrator based software, such as Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw.
