Review & Repair

If your marquee is involved in an accident or is outside the warranty period we will still look at your marquee for you.

Our on site engineer will assess the frame for any problems and we would advise you of any work needed and the cost. We would not proceed with any repairs until we had approval from you.

Please note that we do not carry spares for all previous marquees.  If you can confirm the age of the marquee before sending it back to us we can make sure we can do any work that may be required.

If the marquee frame needed replacing we would quote you on a replacement frame and any software that may not fit the new style frame, dependent on the age of the marquee.

If you wish us to check your canopy and sides you can send them in for assessment at the same as your frame.

You can send the marquee in to us. Please make sure that the marquee is covered in some form of protection as any damage in transit will be your responsibility.

You will also need to make sure that the marquee has your name, the company name and address on it, so it is clearly identifiable who the marquee belongs to.

We will need prior notice of any marquee being sent back so that we can book it into our work schedule.
